You might be getting older, but that doesn't mean you have to slow down. In fact, some of our best trainers at the Studio are Baby Boomers themselves, and represent the essence of aging well and staying FIT.
As you age, you start losing muscle mass. You lose muscle mass even more quickly once you hit 50. If your body is sending a message in the form of aches and pains that you didn't have during your earlier adult years, our focus on flexibility and moderate exercise may be just right for you.
Our certified trainers will help you position your body correctly to avoid injury as you exercise.

"SAQ" stands for speed, agility, and quickness - KEY components of today's young athlete. At camp you can expect your kid to learn:
Major compound lifts specifically designed for athletes by sports specific trainers
Proper technique of running, sprinting, jumping and cutting
Sport specific drills to improve overall performance

Our 45-minute (routinely modified) classes are designed to get you in-and-out, and most importantly, deliver RESULTS! We respect your busy lives and want to make it convenient and effective for you to exercise with us. We also know that having FUN is a key component to long-term success.

There are smarter ways to exercise than hanging out on the treadmill at a moderate intensity three times a week. By paying attention to such things as intensity levels and duration you can increase the benefits of your workout. Adults who are looking to reap all the benefits of an intense training session in just 45 minutes will fit in nicely with our state of the art MYZONE system.
The future of our great nation depends on bright, FIT KIDS. So it's our mission to get them off their tablets and smart phones - and into the gym for a little exercise!
Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, kids who are physically FIT sleep better and are better able to handle physical and emotional challenges. For kids, exercise means playing and being physically active. Our kid’s classes are ideal for ages 7 to 14 and revolve around helping our younger generations understand how to exercise effectively for their age, while arming them with the tools to avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Exercise is fun and our classes prove it!
HEALTHY KIDS ARE HAPPY KIDS
Strong, healthy habits should begin at a young age, and last a lifetime. girlPower® is meant to empower girls, tweens and teens.
girlPower® is a 6-session program which teaches girls a balanced approach to getting fit, enabling them to "Work Smarter, Not Harder". Our fundamental mission is to educate, inspire and MOVE young women, teaching them to get fit, train efficiently and develop positive philosophies.
The founder of The willPower Method®, fitness expert Stacey Lei Krauss, says: “willPower for girlPower® is designed to inspire girls of all shapes and sizes, encouraging them to be proud of their body, but also to treat it well; by exercising regularly and fueling it with smart food. The first willPower for girlPower® test group was with incarcerated teen girls, who were drawn to the program’s positive philosophy. We have also had amazing success stories from young athletes, Girl Scout troops and young girls of mixed backgrounds. The girls come together to sweat, and strive for more – and then they get to talk about it. It’s just beautiful.
